Shourya Sodhani

Shourya focuses on healthcare investments at Elevation Capital. Prior to Elevation, he was at Eight Roads Ventures, where he invested across healthcare and life sciences. Before that, he worked as a management consultant at Kearney. He is a graduate of BITS Pilani.

Outside of work, Shourya is an avid consumer of pop culture, enjoys reading graphic novels, and religiously follows motorsports, especially F1.

What excites me about Elevation is the sense of ownership from day one - you’re expected to form your own point of view and act on it. Every evaluation feels like a one-of-one journey, shaped by first-principles thinking and a deep understanding of the founder. Most of all, I find it energising to work with ambitious founders solving complex problems in intriguing ways.
