Suchita is a Legal Counsel at Elevation Capital, where she advises on investment transactions, and regulatory compliance. With a strong background in private equity/ venture capital and M&A, Suchita brings extensive experience representing both companies and investors across complex, high-value deals.

Prior to joining Elevation Capital, Suchita worked at Khaitan & Co. where she advised a broad range of clients—from early-stage startups to late stage companies and foreign / domestic investors on investments, strategic acquisitions and corporate structuring. Suchita holds a degree in law from National Law University, Lucknow and is passionate about supporting founders through the legal intricacies of their growth journeys.

As a part of the legal team, I advise on legal matters across the investment lifecycle, including deal structuring, execution, and ongoing portfolio support. I collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide practical, solution-oriented legal guidance for business issues and enjoy working with high-growth, dynamic businesses.
