Vitthal began his career at Egon Zehnder in structured research and candidate evaluation, in his last role he worked at a PE fund, Singularity AMC. Raised in a small town in Haryana, his professional approach is deeply informed by his father’s entrepreneurial journey of building advertising agencies from the ground up.
